I have seen it a couple of times this morning.

Have contacted FH to arrange to have the max_user_connections constraint lifted.

There is a workaround, in your config.php there should be a line about pconnects, set it to pconnects=0

Its for persistant database connections, what is happening is when people leave the forum its keeping thier database connection active.

If you do the above it will destroy the connection when the user has finished with it then it can be reused.
