I cant believe ive been directed to such a fantastic place! I was sent here by the money saving expert website. I believed like so many others that the banks were within their rights to charge me an extortionate £39 for failed DD's, etc.

Ive just typed up my DPA letter & will be popping it in the post tomorrow. Cant wait!

I'll let you know how it goes.

Well, i finally got my statements through this morning. Am going to have a helluva time trying to understand them though. Halifax stated that there was a charge of £5, but that they had waived it. YAY.

Will have a tot up & see what im worth

Right, i finally managed to work out the charges & in charges alone (without interest) i've totted up £2080. Woohoo, heres hoping they dont put up too much of a fight (I really need the money).

Am going to check out the spreadsheet & see how i get on now. Ooh, am getting all nervous for some reason.
