Hopefully, this should be easy for someone out there.

Up until now on my letters to Argos, I've also been requesting re-payment of my £10.00 S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) fee paid to them in order to persue the claim of their unjust fees. Do I claim this as an additional cost on my N1.

Additionally, on a claim for damages to MBNA I claimed travelling costs to and from the Court; should I also claim this on my N1 as a cost when claiming against Argos?

Any advice as usual will be greatly appreciated.

I am pretty sure that you cannot claim either of these if you are on the small claims track. I think the only thing you can claim is actual court costs, that is the charge the court makes to register the claim in the first place and the charge to allocate to a track at the timeof the AQ. Both of these are added to your claim automatically by the court.

The reason I bumped before is that I am only 90% sure about the £10. On travelling costs I am 99% sure.

If I am wrong, hopefully someone else will correct me.
