First Trust, No Charges Detailed

A request was made under the DPA for the SAR and First Trust have not supplied any details on charges, i know from some other threds this is the norm but was wondering what the next step is. Any help is greatly appreciated

Is the 40 days up? Did they send you anything?

 

You should write to them (use the template) advising 7 days to comply or court action will commence to make them give it to you!

good luck you are going to need it.

Pat McIntyre at first trust has made it quite clear that no-one is getting info under DPA. it is going to take a very serious challenge to break them. i am trying very hard but going round in circles

sounfs like with a statement like that from them, it may be time to take them to court to force compliance. Alanfromderby is in the process of doing this with a bank. Search for his thread for the details.
