I have also posted this in my main thread but thought it might of general interest.

Not really sure how this can happen, or what will happen next with this. I have tried ringing the Moneyclaim helpline but its soooo busy - perhaps fellow CAG members are now blocking the airwaves as well as the Royal Mail system!

Anyway, I filed for a default judgement against YB as they had failed to submit a defence by the 22nd May which was 28 days after service of claim on them, claim was issued on 19th April. Have logged onto Moneyclaim this morning to see the status of our other claims, to find that it now says that YB have filed a defence (surely after the 28 day deadline).

I was wondering if anyone had come across this before and what might happen from now?

Mum has now got a copy of the defence this morning from YB which was dated 24th May 2006, surely they are still out of their time?

Will detail the defence later on, for dissection!
