I've been doing this for my OH, his fees add up to something around £1500.

Got a letter a week or so ago from Dodgy Deborah, but now we have one (today) from Lee Clarke in Member Relations.

I'm sure it's a standard one, but it basically says that Deb has passed on his complaint to him, he'll have a look through and write back. He adds that the FSA allows them 8 weeks to investigate before approaching the Ombudsman (ie 3 July).

From this we expect a standard, "shove off" letter, but in the meantime I'm thinking, the LBA letter is due to go out, does this effect it?

I'm thinking, no, but wonder if anyone could confirm.

Thanks!

But then again, what do I know?

Was just reading the sexy girls post and felt some sypathy for her, LOL.

Although she was annoyed and vented her anger that no one replied to her post within 7 hours, she was shot down by the mods. (rightfully so)

But I was checking she was alright as I like to help ladies in need.

That's all ancient history now, but thanks for your interest...! Without dredging all that up again I don't see how I was, "rightfully", "shot down", and the issue wasn't about a post not being replied to after 7 hours.

Anyway.

No, the bunce is still not in the account yet, I'm wondering what to do about it. The £516 they credited not only went in, but is spent (!). The court date will not be cancelled until we see the remainder of the money, and I'm trying to hurry the OH to ring them and ask where it is.

...from looking around this forum, I'm seeing that other people's remainder of £ is going in within a few days. It's been nearly 2 weeks for this now. Should I be getting worried?

But then again, what do I know?
