oh no im not going to accept, i want full payment! but should i send back my polite refusal now or should i wait out the 14 days of the LBA??

You dont have to wait. You can send letter of rejection now, but wait the full 14 days before filing the court claim. That way you have given them the full 14 to come back to you still to offer the full charges. Youve still followed the plan to the letter that way. Best of. Fendy xxxx

Hey all I sent back my refusal letter yesterday, as you know the LBA and the pitiful offer letter they sent me crossed paths, so the LBA is due up on the 11 APril, so lets see if they come back to me before then!!

Well.....should I use the money to clear my overdraft, or use it towards a well deserved holiday??!! Bearing in mind am not gonna be getting that much it will be just under 2k

my overdrafts are gonna gobble lots of my pennies :o( but I'll have a bit left over for huge cream cakes,chocolates and the biggest Easter egg you ever did seeeeee:) Plus I'll be Natwest debt free \o/

Hmmmm.......... Nattie's advice is you can only get a cheque if your account is closed. However, if they take your overdraft facility off you or reduce it............. pretty sure that's retaliation. Which means a complaint to ombudsman - and a little bit more compo!!!!

That's what they've done to me ......Ooo they withdrew my overdraft after saying they'd freeze action on my account when I get my spondoolies back I'm gonna wham em with the bestest biggest ever complaint ever! But I'm closing down my natwest accounts so any compo comes to me and they won't have a tiny smell of it:D

Hopefully if they don't decide they're gonna pull your overdraft at the last minute........keep trickling a bit of money in it each week and they should be fine;)
