Hi there, received statements today and now ready to ask the greedy so and so's for my money back. Any info on where to write to. It is a Bank of Scotland business account. Statements came from -

Hi All.

I am also claiming back bank account charges from the Bank of Scotland, received through the post today 19th April 2007 the standard "complaint handling rules set out by the FSA 8 week investigation blah blah blah!". The address on this letter is:
