Hi All

I'm about to go down this route and I've got 2 joint accounts with the wife, the wife as 1 account and I also have 1 account (all with natwest of course).

Can we submit a joint claim covering all the accounts or do I have to do this seperatley?

Thanks

Slim

I think you need to keep the claim into 'names'

what i mean is your claim can have your accounts on it, your wife can have a claim for her account and then you have a claim for joint accounts.

I think it may be feasible for your to have multiple claimants against a single defendant, however, it seems awfully complex to me.

I would probably write a single set of SAR, prelims and LBA though.

Take a bit of time to research the issues, it may be easier than i think, and you have , assuming you need to send the SAR around 68 days from sending the SAR to getting to a position to submit your claims should that be necessary.
