Dear Mr JMio,

Further to your recent letter regarding a subject access request.

Unfortunately I am unable to trace a USC account in your name at the address quoted in your last letter. In order for me to fulfil your request I would need your previous addresses for the last six years. In addition please can you supply me with any other account information relating to your USC account to aid in the search.

If you wish to discuess this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact me on 0121 702 4858.

Yours sincerely

Judith Mucklow

Got a cal from Judith Mucklow, a mamber of Creation's Legal Team, they've 'got no record' of my 1st letter, but my 2nd one (LBA) is there & a member of their Customer Services team is working on it...

I've agreed to a (minor) deadline extension until the end of the week (LBA Deadline was Friday) PURELY because this Judith has been running around like a mad-woman trying to help me out.

I actually work for Creation Finance and yeah, you can send the letter to the standard address (Based in Birmingham) - can't talk for the OP but would imagine he would have done the same.
