Separate Letters for Credit Card and Bank Accounts

Have trawled through the FAQ's but cant find an answer to this one.

 

We need to claim for both our Natwest Bank Accounts and a Natwest Credit Card. We already have all the statements we need.

 

Do we need to do two preliminary letters to two different addresses or can we amalgamate the bank account and credit card charges under the same claim?

 

Any tips gratefully received.

I would be inclined to deal with them as separate claims, as they are effectively two different contracts.

Yes, different.

 

Natwest c/c are dealt with at the Southend-on-Sea address only, bank accounts by Borehamwood, Wimbledon, B'gham, etc...

Can I just say that Natwest Credit Cards are absolutely crap.

 

They have had both our prelim letter and our LBA and we have heard nothing from them.

 

They have til the 14th to response to our LBA, then it will be moneyclaim.

 

Its only £92, you would think they would just pay it! Our business with them earns them more than that (although not for much longer....)
