Just wish I had found this forum before buying xmas present from Aria. After an hour in a queue I am out of pocket no present for the person. They refused to test there and then told us to go back next week. The one person behind the counter told some they couldnt have a refund for faulty new DVD player as they hadn't told customer services with in 48 hours of buying. The dvd player was for a xmas present they said so hadnt tried it. |Out of all the time I was in the queue 2 people managed to get there montey back all others were souted some rubbish as to why they couldn't have the item changed or refunded. Arrogant was one way to say these people were treated.

 

Do not buy from Aria.

Hi.

My saga with Aria Tec is just started.

I brought a pc bundle, and there was 2x2gbs of ramm missing, should have been 2x2gbs ramm, but no they sent 1x4ramm, all so after checking the board i found that there was a fault.

 

Sent off for a RMA, there reply was sent to the wrong name.

 

I called there sales, and £3 later, i got though to some one who said he did not know a lot about pc's, no hope there than.

 

C S is still working there, and he still does not get back to your emails.

 

I have informed TS, and sent a letter to Mr Aria, ref Sales of goods act 1979, will see what happens there.

 

All i can say is keep away from Aria Tec, there is a lots of bad words about Aria Tec.

Ok, here's a bit of a update.

 

I was having a good old rant on a web site ie Hexus, and this what i got back after a few post's.

That sounds strange, I know for a fact that every bundle/system we make is built and checked by multiple people, and we have a pretty strict quality control procedure which applies at several stages through the process, so it's hard to imagine how something as fundamental as a missing stick of RAM could get through!

 

I've had a word with CS, and they tell me that they called yesterday to arrange a correction, but that you had already sent the bundle back, hopefully we can get this resolved quickly for you.

That is a start, but still no emails from Aria?

Ok up date.

 

At long las, after have a good on rant on a web site, which just happens to be on the same page as Aria Pc.

 

I got my refund.

 

All so i can say is that there CS is very bad, and i would say keep away from them.
