Oh Richard, you've made my day. It's a year or two since a man of 23 has called me sweetheart. I'm all of a flutter now.:p

well done Richard!. I have just took my court bundle into court today and sent my bank bundle off to LEGAL SERVICES, GLASGOW Recorded delivery today. I had until 11th May to send bundle off but wanted to do it a few days early. You seem to have been lucky that the bank offered you an settlement before you sent your bundle off!. Most of the cases seem to be that once the bundle has been sent off, they send a letter of settlement. I personnally believe they do this so you spend more money on photocopying its cost me a fortune on ink cartridges and waste full time spent collating it all when I could of been spending quality with my children. Anyway, congratulations again, hopefully my settlement is not to long away! MCCALL VS YB (just in case you want to know what progress i'm making).

Looking at everyone else's stories, I have been really lucky getting mine dealt with so quickly. I think it helped that I got my claim in before the sudden media attention.

I completely agree withyou about all the copying and preperation time it takes. I had completed my court bundle but had not made copies.I was going to make them the day before they were due in. If it had come to taking them in, I was going to hand them in personally at court and post YB's copy second class. I didn't want to pay more than I had too.

I have been keeping an eye on yours for a while as well as Sajabu's.

Your virtually there now. I imagine you'll get your money in the next week or so as unless there are any errors in your claim or AQ then they will just want to get rid of us asap if they know we are willing to take it to the end. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you babe and hope that your thread will be joining mine in here very soon.

Cheers
