I am looking for people who feel that they have been mis-sold a PPI by Egg in that Egg are applying exemption clauses that were not communicated at the time.

In my case, I cannot recall being told anything further than that I had to be made compulsorily redundant, and that I had to be actively seeking work - both of which are true.

They are now requiring that I be a job seeker (possible, but irritating).

I am keen to get some info on Egg PPI.

I was on a 12,500K a year job, when my contract was stopped I thought that since I was unemployed the PPI could help. I can't remember exactly what it was, but I remember thinking that their terms were no good to me at all. Something like having to be unemployed for more than 30 days. Also thought it said something like had to earn 15K a year in first place.
