Over two month ago i sold an inflatable kayak on ebay,

sent it via EVRI next day, bought insurance coverage for full price.

Item got lost, EVRI suggested to raise a claim.

I did so and now for almost 3 months they not responding to me,

i have sent evidence of item being on ebay, sold listing and everything.

Now they asking for proof that money from kayak sale landed to my account, which it did not as i have refunded to the buyer after numerous complaints about delayed item.

it's been 3 months and EVRI not responding to any of my comments or emails, just sent me 1 generic email and that is all.

Anyone had similar incidents?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Was the kayak properly declared and was the value correctly declared?
