Hi,

I had 14 accounts which were all paid on time until I was taken from my home by the police cause of domestic violence.

All the companies registered defaults against me when I became homeless and filed for a DRO

I am now discharged and two creditors have remove the defaults but the other 12 creditors say that they can't do it,

is this true or is there anything I can do.

Thanks

whos says they have to remove their defaults?

as long as the debts concerned where defaulted the day of your DRO or before

thats all they had to do AFAIK.

you seem to be a bit fixated upon defaults looking at the your wild court claim threads of the past...

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Debt Relief Order will show on your credit file for 6 years  you can check your report to make sure your DRO has been updated as ‘discharged’ after the DRO period (usually 12 months) is up. If it hasn’t, inform the relevant credit agency. You can also check to make sure that all the accounts that were included in your DRO are marked as satisfied or partially settled. If not, you should contact the relevant company.
