Hello everyone,

I am new to this website

About 6 months ago, I transferred a significant amount of money into my new business account at Cashplus from my personal account (let's say Barclays).

Before this I had transferred a small amount with no problem.

This time the money went missing

I have been emailing Cashplus complaint department.

They kept replying that they could not find any money coming in.

I provided them the UETR code that Barclays gave me.

After that they stopped replying me and ignored my emails.

It has been months

I was left with no choice and asked Barclays to recall the money.

But the money cannot be recalled because Cashplus confirmed to Barclays that they have indeed received the money and have credited my account with it 6 months ago. They even provided the reference number for that particular transaction. However I still don't see any money coming into my Cashplus account. They still are ignoring me.

What should I do?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Jacks

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
