I have just received a letter from Resolve Call Claiming I have a outstanding balance of + £200 with Shop Direct.

I have checked my Credit Score which shows a clean bill of health and also checked my accounts with Shop Direct which shows I am up to date with payments.

They are now threatening a house visit.

What is my best course of action please.

Dave

Don't wait in for them ...ignore or you could send them a section 78 request for a copy of this alleged agreement /debt.

I personally would file and ignore.

We could do with some help from you.

who are resolve calls stated client on their letter not shop direct ibet!! but a scamming dca?

a dca is not a bailiff and have zero legal powers on any debt no matter what its type

if the dirty mac wearer does turn up

film them on your phone

do not engage.

tell them to leave your properly and never return else you'll call police 101

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

  • dx100uk changed the title to Letter from Resolve Call re home visit about a shop direct debt but my account is ok on my file!!

Thanks for replying. I would like to inform them that this is a scam as my shop direct account(s) are both up to date and I have received no correspondance to say that  I am behind in payments. What should say or Not say?
