As Scottish Power Limited are based in Scotland, if you are intent on bringing your claim I think when the time comes you will need to file a paper N1 Claim Form alongside an N510 Notice for Service out of the jurisdiction where permission of the court is not required and tick the first box in part 1 as long as it applies.

It is my understanding that it is difficult, if not impossible to begin a part 7 claim by delivering documents to your local court.

It is now standard practice for claims which cannot be brought online via MCOL, such as claims which require an N510 form, to be submitted to the County Court Money Claims Centre.

What you will receive in return is a response pack to be served on the Defendant.
