Hi

Prior to 2010 we took out a second mortgage with Blemain Finance through an independent broker which at the time we were told was going to earn £1300 in a "brokers fee"

After many years of incredible stress we finally managed to escape their clutches and repaid the loan in full but in the process we lost our home and a lot more besides

In the years of trying to fight them we discovered through a SAR (?) to both the broker and Blemain that they actually paid more than £10,000 in commission as well as the £1300 brokers fee

There were also some irregularities in the calculations of the interest charged when we studied the statements supplied by the SAR

As already explained this had a huge impact on our family and to be honest I've not even been able to open the file until now but it still haunts me that we let these sharks ruin our lives the way they did

I'm now just pondering whether it's worth opening these wounds again but thought I would just ask the question  A quick google has thrown up what appear to be some instances where Blemain have been made to pay back all these unfair charges but I know better than to believe everything I read online so if anyone can shed some truth on the current situation I would be really grateful

Thank so much for your time

not seen any like wins here on hidden commission.

plus they'll pull the string that you've had the SAR more than 3yrs? and thus knew you could have gone after them and didnt.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
