I've taken some time looking on this fantastic forum, and, my focus has been on Evri.

I like so many others have suffered the loss of high value items after entrusting it to Evri. The lengthy process to try and get some form of compensation may work when done correctly, but, it's unacceptable that consumers need to take the effort to find compensation.

My package went awol with the local courier it seems. In my mind, it's been stolen. This is a criminal offence.

I cannot accept in this day and age items can just 'go missing'. It's either sheer incompetence or an act of crime.

To compound matters, it would appear that it's almost impossible to contact Evri to highlight a missing item. It is almost by design.

Those with enhanced needs are unable to navigate a system which takes you round in circles, as though an attempt to prevent contact.

With these issues in mind, surely, the trading practices and lack of customer support is a trading standard issue, and the potential theft of items a police one.

I am so very tired.

Maybe a drive to Leeds and staging a protest is the way forwards.

1000's of parcels get stolen/go missing every day.

you need to fluff out your story, what the parcel is about, what you paid to whom, how you did it and give us a full breakdown in bullet points, naming names and times and dates and locations of each stage then we can properly advise.

  • I agree 1

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

There's enough material on the site to follow to try and resolve my issue, its identical to everyone else who's had issues with the courier.

The old saying is "if you do what you've done, you'll get what you've got".

My point is, something more must be done. As you say - 1000s of parcels go missing every day.

Maybe it's time to send 100 parcels from me to several people, each one with a tracker in...
