DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Just to point out, the moment that the deadline expires and they haven't responded, you should move to apply for judgement immediately .

Don't hang around .

Don't give them notice .

Don't come here and ask .

Just apply for the judgement and then you can come here and tell us.

No you won't need to for a default judgement.

Keep checking mcol to see if you can request judgement it's just a tick box thing basically.

I'm confused? My whole claim is on MCOL?

I can send a warrant through them for the money?

I searched HCEO but they need a county court address and all I have is the "county court business centre"?

Ok I think I went to the wrong site, I've emailed a HCEO person now.

but I could send a warrant via MCOL?
