Called the bank yesterday to arrange an overdraft of  £500 till the end of the month just to cover my account till my wages went in (there has been a glitch in wages dept)

I have been with them since 1987 and in that time have taken out not one but 2 x £25000 loans from them which has been paid back on time and without any missed payments, i currently have a loan with them of £3500 which i am upto date with.

in the 37 yrs that i have had my account i have had the odd time that i have gone over and incurred overdraft penalties of course and in that time it is likely to happen.

All their adverts on the TV saying that they look after their customers and treat them like family and this is how i am treated for being a loyal 37 years customer.

Tomorrow i will be on the high street looking to  give my business to one of their competitors
