Hi,

My daughter is a Full-Time student (Nursing) at a London University and lives / flat shares with my son ( part-time employment).

Is she disregarded as a council tax occupant in order to claim a discount? Or does this only apply to sole occupancy ?

Thanks for looking.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Sorry dx for asking.

You are usually very helpful and apologies for any mis-understanding or sounding stupid.

I was only asking for some clarity regarding if my daughter is entitled to 25% discount.

I.E. If a full-time Student shares a house with one non-student.
