DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

No, its paid off

I am now complaining to all companies that failed to register a default and left me in a worse position than had I paid the debt.

I entered into a DMP.

they didnt register a default and it remained on my file for 14years thus causing me an issue.

Welcome are the only ones who I have not managed to register a complaint against.

There is no legal compulsion that demands or makes a creditor default you if you are in a dmp or not.

So how many companies have agreed with you to date?

You are correct, its not legal. SCOR guidelines are for defaults to be added 3-6 months in arrears. Under FCA guidance for "treating customers fairly" if you feel you havent been you can complain for:

1. financial loss

2. Material distress

3. Material inconvenience

FOS will look into any complaint under these guidelines once the company has given its final response.

So far of the 4, 2 have agreed but it was before I knew the correct complaints procedure so I received a small amount only. Going for bigger now with the others.

as with all welcome stuff if you've read a few welcome threads it's always was very very difficult to get anything resolved even to this day.

99% of welcome balances were made of unlawful 'insurances' of many many kinds like PPI, life, MIP, etc etc , and extra inflated by all manner of unlawful penalty fees like over, late, letter, arrears , phone calls, visits, etc etc.

since the FCA waiver there have been very few and far between satisfactory resolutions ever.
