once I hear something more I will let you know but I do think that all they have is the statement payments they sent me with the letter of claim… and nothing more.

Ok so just about update.

a letter from MC dated 31st July 

 

please note that your dispute is still being currently investigated. We are awaiting documentation and information from our client and the original creditor which may take some time. 
In the meantime your account will remain in hold. We thank you for your patience.

you see if you'd done this back in 2014 when i told you too, the debt would be dead buried and gone by now.

but you refused for 6yrs to send a cca request, blindly paying a debt you never had too and running the statute barred ebt to infinity.

its taking them rather a long time to come up with the fake paperwork they'll eventually send you.
