your situation is no diff from anyone else

stop falling for every trick in the book these ambulance chasers pull.

as with things like UAE debts and other pirated software issues

there are numerous fake/patsy/put up claims that do the rounds.

they often pay patsy defendants several times the face value of the claim to roll over and lose as a backhander

this is then used as evidence to scam others..look we won...

you have been advised what to do .

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Top 2 are the same case. All against companies who may have recorded usage data which made it worth pursuing.

You would think a popular program used across the US would see a lot more cases. Employees of companies sharing copies of programs with colleagues and friends ?

Some Software copyright owners will issue some Court claims as a test, to see how much it costs etc and to gain some publicity, to hopefully help with debt collection via just sending communications to hassle people into paying them.

We could do with some help from you.

Did not seem like recorded usage when reading all the documents. Think everything was settled before any actual trial as they are voluntary dismissed. Cocktail kingdom, seldat distribution, and compu aire was light usage only 1 comp in question.
