Its a free way to harass you now, and theyll exploit that now.

How else could one have delivered a CCA request for free to them with an easily referred to record?

They said my account is no longer on hold, how should I redirect them back to the CCA request to stop harrassment?

a CCa request is supposed to be posted , you cant pay the £1 fee via email, and you wont have a papertrail if this goes to the authorities

never use email on ANY debt related issues.

 

pers i'd simply ignore them now until/unless you get a letter of claim by ROYAL MAIL.

They can say the Earth is flat if they want to but it doesn’t change the fact that they haven’t complied with a CCA request, which means the account is unenforceable.

Keep a copy of that response and if they ever email you send that to them.
