typically

but your question is a bit lacking in detail

please expand

what the debt type was

who was the original creditor

who you made the arrangement with

has this debt been sold and to whom

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

so I will guess they have already sent a default notice long ago?

but have not yet terminated the agreement?,

but agreed to freeze all interest and charges?

when did you start the arrangement?

You are no longer allowed to use the card and have cut it up?

if you've not moved ..you should atleast get an annual statement im sure

when did you open this account?

is it a newday aqua one?

or a very old Halifax aqua card?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..
