Can my account and posts be deleted please?

 

I'm unable to find a way to do so.

We can delete your account and your personal data but any posts you have made will not be deleted. When you sign up with us, you grant us a perpetual but nonexclusive right to keep any material that you have published, on the forum. Our forum depends on having information of real life experiences which helps other people solve their own problems.

If you make a request using our contact link below then we have you to delete your account – but your published information does not count as "personal data" for the purposes of data protection.

If you feel that there is some information within your posts which possibly reveals your identity then we are very happy to have a look and possibly edit parts of your post so that it becomes more anonymised – but we would only do that if it doesn't alter the sense of the post

One of the site team has just suggested that maybe you are simply after a name change. We can accomplish that easily, if you would simply report the post and tell us the name you would like and we can change it very quickly.
