don't look like ANPR cameras to me

for a start they are PTZ mount = CCTV

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

so let me get somehting clear,

there are no signs saying that if you park in a way that is contrary to the terms on the sign you have to pay them money?

The 2 signs you have shown us arent contracts and they dont appear to be the same signs that we cant read in your earlier postings.

Please clarify as these 2 signs mean nothing and Will and John at the IPC must have had an off day when they authorised their use.

Still one set of duff signs out of 6500 they have approved wouldnt be so bad, shame they dont seem to have got many of the other 6499 right either.

All of the other signs are the same as the "sign close up" PDF I posted on April 8th. It does say £100 to pay if stay over time allowed. The front 2 are the only different ones.

need to read up on the difference between an offer of a contract and an invitation to treat.

then read the signs carefully, esp the smaller ones as they have shot themselves in the foot with the wording, ie customers only, terms for thos parking without permission ( how does that work then? you cant insist a burglar pays you £100 ofr ignoring you)

The big signs let you decide what you want to do, the smaller ones dont apply if you dont agree with them- simples
