Link Financial re barclaycad debt - - Your payment is overdue letter

Hello all,

 

I have received a letter from Link Financial with regards to a Barclaycard account.

 

They advise my payment of £1 has not been received.

 

I have checked my bank account, and the payment has definitely gone out, its on a standing order to be paid every month.

 

Should I ignore this letter? I suspect its a ploy to get me to contact them.

why are your blindly paying a no powers DCA on any debt?

they are not bailiffs

and have no such legal powers.

 

ever sent them a CCA request to check they hold the paperwork to even demand money from you?

 

tell us the history of the card in depth.

Yes, we need more info such as :-

 

1. Approx date a/c was opened.

 

2. When did you default on repayments.

 

3. Have you sent BC or any subsequent DCA a CCA request.

 

4. Do you have all the a/c statements to show what default chgs were added to the a/c before the card was blocked (these can be reclaimed).

 

And anything else that's relevant,
