A client of mine has an overpayment that's arose from a grey area

due to having long-term mental health problems (the latter is what he is using our service for).

Councils seem to vary with how they handle vulnerable adults,

has any one any advice or central information?

His health has deteriorated and he is worried about further action.

He receives income support, HB and CT reduction.

what do you mean by a grey Area?

what has been overpaid

and who has written

wht does the letter say?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
