So its for both....well you dont need their consent to set a side nor do you have to accept their terms of payment...you can ask it be monthly and ask for anything else you wish to be added to the schedule.

 

Otherwise if your happy not to defend it and accept the arrangement its fine.

Hi all,

 

Final questions

 

The judge agreed the order based on the above:

 

1. Is the CCJ now set aside - how long do I need to wait before it comes off my report

2. It says I have fourteen days to pay from the date it was sealed. Is that from when the judge agrees it or when I receive something in the post etc

3. I called the management company (BW Legal) and they said that their agent hadn't confirmed the outcome yet and they'd be in touch. Granted it was only a few hours after the proposed hearing. Any advice on how to proceed?
