hi

i have had bayv for about 3 years now

 

 

i rung them the other day to ask to return some furniture i have as i am moving and i dont need it at my new house,

i just assmed because i had been paying it off for so long there would be no problems,

 

 

well i was wrong

they have refused to take them back because a fault i had reported to them and they were currenty trying to order the parts

(i have been waiting for them to fix this for nearly a month)

had not ben sorted and said they could not take them back

unless they were in the condition they were sent in

 

 

i am now stuck as i move in a few days and i literaly can not take them with me does anyone no what i can do

its a HP agreement, you can just simply hand stuff back

under VT rules when you don't want it anymore.

becareful - esp after 3yrs, as you'll prob still be liable for the rest of the agreement.

if you don't do it under VT

 

have you paid more than 1/3rd and more than 50%

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
