DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Good evening

I have today received a reply from one of my creditors (they have 3 accounts for me so I am expecting more of the same)

I have attacked this reply.

My question is this,

are they able to register defaults on my credit file as they cannot prove that they own the debt,

or are they within their rights to do this.

Should i be replying to this letter with anything in particular and as they have said they will continue to chase the debt

shall I just ignore any chasing letters

Many thanks

opps one cash cow debt removed

you do nothing more bar stop any payment if you wee ever doing so.

yes sadly they mark the calendar section of the CRA file

but that wont matter a nonkey as the debt was already defaulted by the OC before sale?

ideally you should be starting a new thread

for each debt tht you get a reply on

else we are gomma get mighty confused........

makes no odds cant harm you further as long as the debt is defaulted

and they have not changed the date the OC entered in the first place.

  • 2 weeks later...

Good morning

I have received confirmations of receipt from all but one that I sent CCA letters to.

Wescot replied to one but not to the second one I sent, it was for a personal loan

They received the request on 18th August so the required days have now well passed. Should I be sending them a dispute letter now or do I just sit tight

Thanks as ever for your advice
