DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi,

I'm not sure what happened with this in the end.

I didn't hear back from Lowell with the information requested

and for some reason the website didn't let me file a defence

(the website wouldn't even let me login into the case because it didn't exist).

Haven't had any court letters or anything through since.

No CCJ placed on my credit report either.

Any ideas?

Thanks

give northants bulk a ring Monday and ask

mcol often has hissy fits and if you go back a while later it works.

do you still have the claimform?

pop in on mcol and see if it tells you the status of the claim
