Hello all,

I know this is not the place or this sort of thing, but I want to Big Up a Bank!

I have moved my account from the **** that was Lloyds to NatWest and yes I know they still charge but on the rare occasion that I go over my Limit (see Lloyds it’s was all your charges not me!!) I get a phone call before they bounce anything saying Mr Mal we have this DD going through and it going to take you £x over your limit is there any way you can put some money in your account? And they let it go if there are funds going in the next few days. Yes the charge me for it but at least I am getting a service!!!! And it beats getting charged at the other end too

I know there are lots of people on the forums who think they are just as bad as the others..... But in comparison with Lloyds it’s like a breath of fresh air

Hi,

Nothing wrong in bigging up a bank at all. On the contrary, it demonstrates that they can, and do, consider their customers from time to time, and therefore dispels the usual crap they spout to excuse the other 95% of the bad service they give out.

If a bank does good - shout it out. It is good ammunition the next time you need to speak to them about poor service.
