Under Schedule 12 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007, intentionally obstructing an enforcement agent enforcing a High Court writ is a criminal offence, as is intentionally interfering with controlled goods without lawful excuse.

We could do with some help from you.

I am also going to start a thread shortly about PCNs issued to a RK that cannot drive nor know that any have been issued due to the named driver intercepting the mail as they are the carer.

 

Also due to this a pcn went to enforcement with outstanding results due to getting involved the day the EA'S visited...
