Hi Rosie,

it came about as i missed around 3 months, we were in the process of moving house it it became delayed and my money was eaten up by these extra costs, it is now back on track and the loan is set to finish in July 2007. obviously when my bank charges are returned to me I would settle if this helped my cause.

Let me get this right. Have you still got functioning relationship with the original creditor?

If they issued a default notice and you then set matters straight within the timescale of the notice the default should not be registered with the CRA's at all.

Is this whats happening here? Do you still have a copy of the notice?
