Hi

 

I have just been granted ohs ill health retirement their on. I want to appeal for brit two/

 

My conditions are fibromyalgia, wide spread OA in most joints already had a total hip replacement on left side. in constant widespread pain, on orphine 30mg bd plus loads of other medication for brittle asthma and have just been diagnosed with type two bi polar. I was working full time, my understanding it is any work of like hours e.g. full time until my pension age of 60 I am on the 95 pension rules and have special classes pension so could retire at 55 yrs. Any advise

Can you post up what the 95 rules say about ill-health retirement please?
