I wonder if anyone would know the answer to this?

My son is slowly paying back his student loan.

If we start a Lifetime ISA which was announced in the budget, will any savings in this ISA be taken or seized to pay back his loan quicker?

Or, is it totally separate from his student loan and can't be taken into consideration?

I hope I have posted in the right forum, and please move this if need be.

Thank you.

they most certainly cannot snatch funds from anywhere.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
