When did you issue the claims?

You can not ask for judgement until:

14 days after the claim is deemed served and the defendant has not acknowledged your claim. (claim deemed served 5 days after issued)

14 days after the defendant has acknowledged the claim but not entered a defence. Total 28 days from when the claim is deemed served.

Hi you will find that if you did click on these tabs they will only allow you to continue if the time hs elapsed without a defence anyway, so dont panic you will get a copy of the defence and then an AQ from the court
