Hello everyone,i am new to this site, can anyone pls help as to where i start from,am in difficulty of meeting my monthly payment on credit card/loans debt owed by me and spouse, which letter do i start with:(

Dear Sir/Madam

Since looking at my finances, my circumstances have changed. Because of reduced income due to only working part-time,i cannot pay you the ammount that you require.

I enclose a Personal Budget sheet which shows my total income from all sources, and my outgoings. As you can see i have only £19 p.m. left for my creditors. The offers i have made to my creditors have worked out on a pro−rata basis, and i have written to all my creditors asking them to accept reduced payments.

In view of my circumstances, please would you agree to accept a reduced offer of £5 p.m. If interest or other charges are being added to the account i would be grateful if you would freeze these so that all payments made will reduce what I owe you.

Should my circumstances within the next 6mths improve i will contact you again, with view to increasing payments.

I would be grateful if you would send a paying−in book to make it easier to pay you,or a direct debit mandate form. Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully.

TRY SENDING THIS LETTER WITH YOUR OWN VERSION OF INCOME AND OFFER OF PAYMENT,I HAVE USED IT 5 TIMES AND EACH TIME THE OFFER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED,GOOD LUCK..
