What next?

Ok, I sent my opening email asking for 6 years of bank records within 7 days, otherwise I would start legal action. They replied that they would send within 3 weeks.

 

Do I sit and wait another 2 weeks for my copies or push ahead with the data I already have?

At the moment, my information goes back to July 2003 and stands at £3336 plus £600.29 in interest. I've no idea how much is outstanding prior to July 2003 but I'd imagine it would tip me over the £5000 mark.

 

What's your suggestion? I don't want them to think I back down easily, changing my initial 7 day deadline to THEIR 21 days but I don't want to appear unreasonable either.
