in their witness statement 11 the default notice sent him by barclaycard dated 15th april 2005 terminated the agreement / we informed the defendant that we have requested the documents from your Barclaycard only default notice is from hfo dated 30th june 2010 can they and barclaycard both issue default notices in different dates ?

First of all, a DN itself does NOT terminate an agreement. But it's nice of them to admit the account was terminated - it makes a mockery of their own 'Blue Peter' DN.

 

Once an account is terminated, that's it. So no is the answer.

HFO even state in their witness statement 3 that the account was assigned to them on 27th January2005 so Barclaycard according to hfo sent out a default notice on a account they did not own ?
