renegadeimp Well, you see, I have fun doing other things LOL Not judging you at all, you do whatever floats your boat but I hate having to deal with problems when it's easier to avoid them in the first place. To me, sending a letter and spending time on appeals costs more than opening my mouth and uttering a few words to the CS rep on the front counter, especially when I don't spend over 2 hours at the store all the time, it was only on this occasion.

 

I like to make them pay out too

Just think how many people like you like the quiet life and just pay up

How many elderly people who do not have internet and get a letter pay up or we will take you to court

A CCJ at their point in life

We need more people to fight back and rid society of bully parking companies

 

Morrison's cancelled this as a gesture of goodwill is a joke it should of never happened in the first place

Exactly ihb. The ppc knows that charge will never stand up, which is why they intimidate and harass people into paying.

the whole business is worth about £200 million a year so they wont give up lightly. However, any proper scrutiny of their behaviour would put the most of them out of business and some in prison.

Hey guys, I received a letter from ParkieLie confirming that there is no amount outstanding as their invoice has been cancelled. Great. At least I didn't have to bother with court stuff but I know if it got to that I would have won with your help, y'all are so knowledgeable!
