claim form from 2/2/15 for wages claim - only just got form!!

Can anyone tell me if i can do anything about this

 

 

i have recived today a claim form dated the 2/2/15

 

 

i went to reply but noticed i only have 14 days from the date of the letter which ended two weeks ago

 

 

what can i do it is for an overpayment of wages,

 

 

i recieved a letter stating i was over paid in january then this,

 

 

i dont believe i have been overpaid and

 

 

now i am definetly trying to look into this.

 

 

It looks like a judgement will be made against me but it is not my fault

 

 

i would of defended it if i had got it in time.

Normally the 14 days runs from the date you have received it, i had one date july but didnt receive it until august after a call to the court i was given the 14 days.

 

ring the court 1st thing and let them know that you have only just got the claim.

thanks for the reply mate wish the same had happened for me i have not recieved the form but a judgement has been entered and i would now need to pay 155 to dispute it even though it is for an overpayment of wages not a credit agreement and it was never fully explained how the overpayment was worked out and i am now looking at my holiday play as i do not believe that has been worked out correctly
