Is anybody having trouble with park.

 

 

My wife has been told by her agent that the delivery of the shoping vouchers she orders has run into troble

because of a problem on parks side and

 

 

we will receive a refund but she didn't know when leaving us very short for Christmas.

 

 

NOW I am unable to find any other news of this anywhere,

 

 

so do I give the agent a few days to prove to us this is Gen or are we looking at a possable fraud case?

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

the agent says " we may get a refund before the 25, but she dosnt know any more than that", it sounds very fishey to me as we are talking £500 worth of vouchers here, which the wife stgugled to pay her over the last year

This really does sound fishy. Do you know the agent personally ?

Do you know his name and address ?

 

 

Get that letter off this afternoon or email now.

 

 

This isn't a small company and they have just taken over a company in Dublin which now puts them into Europe.

I agree with Conniff, as this absolutely stinks to me!!

 

I used to do Hampers & had a couple mates in on it as well.

 

You do have all your payment receipts?

 

As your Agent should have always receipted you, whenever you paid.

 

Now the issue is, you have to totally trust your Agent to pass on your payments to Park Hampers.

 

I cannot see any reason why Park wouldn't send out the Vouchers. They used to be sent via post end Nov/begin Dec & the Hampers would follow not too long behind.

 

I would bypass your Agent & get onto Park Hampers Head Office asap & let them know what your Agent has told you.

 

**I've just had a quick looksie & no where can I find anything that states Park Hampers have an issue with the Vouchers this year...

 

I do hope this is sorted out for you very quickly & you DO get the Vouchers!
