I'm a little stuck.

Over the last few years I have managed to negotiate settlements and paid off all my debt.

I have been trying with Shoosmiths/ Natwest since February this year and getting no where.

Two main questions:

Can I do a CCA on a Bank Overdraft (I keep seeing conflicting or out of date info)

Can I force NatWest to take this in House as Shoosmiths are being jokers.

This website has been such a tremendous help for me over the years - Thanks!

got all the statements?

I bet this debt is inflated with penalties

I hope you cca'd all your other debts before paying them off?

not partial settlement?

else waste of money

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
